To use the Services, you must:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Access to Services may vary depending on the subscription plan selected.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan (monthly or annual)
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date
  • Pricing and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to Services until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

We reserve the right to modify refund policies at any time.

7. Access and Use of Services

Coaching sessions included in your plan:

Unused coaching time does not roll over unless explicitly stated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services, including:

  • Programs
  • Videos
  • Text
  • Assessments
  • Materials

is owned by Adaptive Leaders or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Distribute
  • Resell

any content without written permission.

10. No Guarantees

The Services are designed to support leadership development.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific results
  • Career advancement
  • Business outcomes

Results depend on individual effort, context, and application.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Availability without interruption
  • Error-free performance

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
