Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription purchases for Adaptive Leaders Studio, including access to digital learning programs, coaching services, and related offerings.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- Billing will continue until the subscription is canceled
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate and valid payment information
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to Adaptive Leaders Studio and included services until the end of the paid period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect
Cancellation does not result in immediate termination of access.
4. Refund Policy
All subscription purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- No refunds are provided for unused time or unused coaching sessions
- No refunds are provided after a subscription renewal has been processed
We encourage users to cancel prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue.
5. Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions included in subscription plans:
- Must be scheduled within the active subscription period
- Are subject to availability
- May be forfeited if not used within the subscription term
Missed or unused sessions are not eligible for refunds or carryover unless explicitly stated.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- Access to Services may be temporarily suspended
- We may attempt to retry the payment using the provided payment method
- You may be notified to update your payment information
If payment is not successfully completed, your subscription may be canceled.
7. Access Upon Cancellation or Expiration
When a subscription is canceled or expires:
- Access to Adaptive Leaders Studio may be removed or limited
- Access to coaching, learning programs, and related services may be discontinued
- Certain data may be retained as required for administrative or legal purposes
8. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances.
Such exceptions are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
