1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of:

  • Adaptive Leaders Studio
  • Our subscription services, digital learning programs, coaching services, assessments, webinars, events, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”)

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

  • Be at least the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
3. Account Registration

Certain features of the Services require an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services Overview

Adaptive Leaders provides:

  • Subscription-based access to Adaptive Leaders Studio
  • Digital leadership development programs
  • Coaching sessions
  • Leadership assessments
  • Webinars, workshops, and related educational content

Access to features and content may vary depending on the subscription or program purchased.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

If you purchase a subscription:

  • You agree to recurring billing based on your selected subscription plan (monthly or annual).
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are displayed during checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and a valid payment method.

We maintain records of your purchases, subscriptions, invoices, and account activity as necessary to provide ongoing access to the Services.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • You will retain access to the Services through the remainder of the paid subscription period.
  • Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.
7. Access and Use of Services

Upon purchase, Adaptive Leaders grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use.

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services.
  • Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or operation of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions included with your subscription or program:

  • Must be scheduled through our approved scheduling systems.
  • Are subject to coach availability.
  • May be rescheduled or canceled in accordance with applicable scheduling policies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, unused coaching sessions do not roll over to future billing periods.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials made available through the Services, including but not limited to:

  • Leadership programs
  • Videos
  • Written content
  • Assessments
  • Reports
  • Coaching materials
  • Frameworks
  • Worksheets
  • Downloadable resources
  • Graphics, logos, and software

are owned by Adaptive Leaders or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Distribute
  • Publish
  • Resell
  • Create derivative works from
  • Publicly display

any portion of the Services without our prior written permission.

10. No Guarantees

The Services are intended to support leadership development and professional growth.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific leadership outcomes
  • Career advancement
  • Business performance
  • Financial results
  • Any other particular outcome

Results depend upon individual effort, experience, implementation, and numerous factors beyond our control.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adaptive Leaders disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation

We do not warrant that the Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Adaptive Leaders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Services.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Adaptive Leaders for the Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Payment cannot be successfully processed.
  • We are required to do so by law.
  • Your use of the Services threatens the security or operation of our systems.

Upon termination:

  • Access to subscription content may immediately end.
  • Certain account information and transactional records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
14. Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on and integrate with third-party providers, including providers for payment processing, digital learning, customer relationship management, communications, scheduling, analytics, hosting, and automation.

These providers may include services such as:

  • Stripe
  • Gnowbe
  • GoHighLevel
  • Calendar and scheduling platforms
  • Analytics providers
  • Other business software providers

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Adaptive Leaders is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, or data practices of third-party services.

15. Changes to Services and Pricing

We may from time to time:

  • Modify the Services
  • Add or remove features
  • Update subscription plans
  • Revise pricing

Changes to pricing will not affect your current billing period but may apply upon your next renewal after appropriate notice.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the Effective Date.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
